Want your new OKI printer or MFP set up properly, fast? Our technicians can unpack, configure, test and connect your device, so you are ready to print with confidence from day one.
Installation is available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth CBD. Outside these areas may be available by quotation and may incur a travel surcharge.
Our physical installation service is designed to cover the full setup, not just plugging it in. We focus on getting you printing, scanning, and working smoothly on the day.
Unpack and connect
Unpack the device, place it, connect power and network, and confirm it powers on correctly.
Consumables and setup
Install supplied consumables, run device setup steps, and configure standard settings.
Testing and samples
Print sample pages to confirm output quality and verify the device is operating correctly.
Drivers on up to 3 computers
Install drivers on up to three PCs or laptops, and confirm printing works from each device.
Training up to 30 minutes
A short walkthrough of key functions so your team can confidently use the device.
Additional support
Extra driver installs or additional time are billed at $125 + GST per hour.
