These terms explain how ordering, payments, delivery, cancellations, and service conditions work on GetOKI.com.au. If anything on this page is unclear, please contact us and we will help.

Payments and security

GetOKI.com.au uses secure encrypted website connections to protect information submitted through the website. Credit card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway, and GetOKI.com.au does not have access to your full card number.

A payment surcharge of 1.5% applies to card payments, including American Express, and to PayPal transactions. This surcharge may change if banking or payment processing costs change, and the checkout will always display the final payable amount before payment is confirmed.

 

Fraud prevention

We take fraud prevention seriously. To help protect customers and prevent unauthorised card use, verification may be requested for some orders.

Verification may be required

Identification may be requested for a first purchase or for higher risk transactions. Identification may need to match the purchaser and, where relevant, the payment and delivery details. Orders may be held until verification is completed.

  • Some first time purchases may require verification
  • Subsequent orders may also be verified, especially if payment or delivery details change
  • Delivery names and addresses may be checked, and suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities or card issuers
 

Orders and delivery

Orders placed on this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by GetOKI.com.au. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Goods are delivered to the delivery address supplied at checkout
  • Delivery to post office boxes may not be available for some items due to carrier restrictions, size, or service limitations
  • Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the goods is presumed authorised to receive them
  • If delivery is refused, or delivery fails due to address issues, additional freight charges may apply
  • Some orders may ship from multiple locations and may arrive in separate deliveries

Changes, cancellations, and fees

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Some orders may not be able to be cancelled once processing has begun or goods have already shipped.

Cancellation fee

Cancelled orders may incur an administration fee of $50.00. If a supplier or carrier cost has already been incurred, additional charges may also apply.

 

Differences, complaints, and proof of delivery

Please examine delivered goods promptly. If there is an issue with the delivery or contents, notify us within the timeframes below so we can investigate quickly.

  • Wrong or damaged goods should be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Short shipment or missing items from a consignment should be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Missing or damaged cartons should be reported as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within 2 business days

Carrier proof of delivery, tracking scans, and carton counts may be used during investigations.

 

Warranty and repairs

Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the manufacturer warranty and Australian Consumer Law. For faulty OKI products, customers must contact OKI Australia first. OKI Australia manages troubleshooting, warranty assessment, authorised repairs, and any approved replacement or exchange outcome.

To begin the warranty or repair process for an OKI product, please have the following ready:

  • Your GetOKI.com.au order number
  • The product model and serial number
  • A clear description of the issue and any troubleshooting already completed
  • Your OKI Australia case number, if one has already been issued

Customers should contact OKI Australia directly and use the locator tool on the OKI website where needed to find an authorised repairer or service path. GetOKI may assist with order related information where possible, but we do not control OKI Australia’s warranty process, do not approve repairs, and do not have access to OKI Australia’s internal database, support records, case notes, or replacement authorisations.

Important for faulty OKI products

Only OKI Australia can assess, authorise, repair, replace, or exchange a faulty OKI item under the manufacturer process. GetOKI can try to assist with the situation and help point you in the right direction, but we cannot issue warranty decisions or manufacturer replacement outcomes ourselves.

 
Returns and shipping policies

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, and freight conditions are governed by our Shipping Information page. If there is any inconsistency, the policy page most relevant to the issue will apply.
