Payments and security

GetOKI.com.au uses modern TLS encryption to protect data submitted through the website. Credit card transactions are processed via a secure payment gateway, and we do not have access to your full card number. Card data is handled by the gateway in accordance with industry security standards.

Accepted payment methods:

PayPal is not charged an additional surcharge by GetOKI.com.au. Credit card surcharges may apply due to bank and gateway costs. Current surcharges used on this website are 2% on credit card payments, and 2.5% on American Express. Surcharges can change if banking costs change, the checkout will always display the final payable amount before you confirm payment.

Fraud prevention

We take fraud seriously. To protect customers and prevent unauthorised card use, verification may be required for some orders.

Verification may be requested

We may request identification for a first purchase or for higher risk transactions. Identification must match the purchaser and, where relevant, the payment method and delivery details. Orders may be held until verification is completed.

  • Some first time purchases may require verification, smaller orders may be verified by other means.
  • Subsequent orders may be randomly verified, especially if payment or delivery details change.
  • Delivery names and addresses may be checked, suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities and card issuers.
Orders and delivery

Orders placed on this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by GetOKI.com.au. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Goods are delivered to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
  • Deliveries to post office boxes may not be available for some items, due to carrier restrictions, size, or service limitations.
  • Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the goods is presumed authorised to receive the goods.
  • If delivery is refused, or delivery fails due to address issues, additional delivery fees may apply.
  • Some orders may ship from multiple locations, this can result in multiple deliveries under one order.

Changes, cancellations, and fees

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Some orders may not be cancellable once processing has begun or goods have shipped.

Cancellation fee

Cancelled orders may incur an administration fee of $50.00. If a supplier or carrier fee has already been incurred, additional costs may also apply.

Differences, complaints, and proof of delivery

Please examine delivered goods promptly. If there is an issue with delivery or contents, notify us within the timeframes below so we can investigate quickly.

  • Wrong or damaged goods, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Short shipment or missing items from a consignment, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Missing or damaged cartons should be reported as soon as possible after receipt, ideally within 2 business days.

Carrier proof of delivery, tracking scans, and carton counts are used during investigations.

Warranty and repairs

Warranty coverage is provided in accordance with the manufacturer warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is confirmed faulty and covered by warranty, repairs are handled without charge for the repair itself.

To request a warranty or repair assessment, email info@getoki.com.au with:

  • Your GetOKI.com.au order number
  • Product model and serial number
  • A clear description of the issue, and any troubleshooting already completed

If an RA number is issued, it must be used in all correspondence relating to the return. RA validity periods and freight responsibilities may differ depending on the product and assessment outcome.
