We ship Australia wide, excluding Northern Territory, with clear flat rate freight on consumables and fixed device rates. All shipments are tracked, and you receive tracking details by email once dispatched.
Our freight structure is designed to be predictable and cost effective. Rates below apply per order for consumables, and per device for printers and MFPs.
Toner, drums, fusers, parts, and consumables ship for one flat rate in any quantity.

Deliveries are completed by third party transport providers. In most cases, deliveries may occur without prior notice. Drivers typically leave parcels in the first safe location at the delivery address, usually near the front door or reception.

- Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, transit times are managed by the carrier, and may vary by location and peak periods.
- Authority to Leave arrangements are handled by the carrier, if your address has an ATL on file with a courier, delivery may be considered completed once marked delivered.
All items are trackable. We email tracking details once your order is dispatched, so you can follow delivery progress at any time.
Shipping insurance is included at no extra cost for orders shipped by GetOKI.com.au, providing added peace of mind while your goods are in transit. If an issue occurs in transit, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We pride ourselves on fast fulfilment. In many cases, orders placed earlier in the day may dispatch the same business day. Same day delivery cannot be guaranteed and depends on your location, carrier services, and operational conditions.
