Your new OKI printer should arrive, settle in, and start working without the office guessing game. Our installation service is for customers who want the device unpacked, connected, tested, and handed over properly.
We make the printer feel like it already belongs there.
Once the device is on site, our technician attends to complete the physical setup and standard configuration. That includes unpacking the device, placing it in the agreed location, connecting power and network, installing supplied consumables, and completing the initial device setup.
From there, we test the device properly. We do not just turn it on and leave. We confirm the device is ready to print, complete sample tests, and make sure the basics are working before handover.

The standard setup, without the drama.
The standard installation is built for a normal office setup where the printer is going onto an existing network and your team needs printing working from a small number of computers.
- Installation of one OKI printer or multifunction device at one site.

- Driver installation on up to 3 computers or laptops.

- Up to 30 minutes of basic user training at handover.

Pricing is based on device size and includes GST. If you are not sure whether your device is A4 or A3, select "Unsure" in the form and we will confirm it before booking.

A smooth install needs the right access.
To avoid delays on the day, please make sure the printer has already been delivered to site, the installation area is accessible, and the person on site has the details needed for your network and computers.
- The device must be on site before the technician attends.
- Power, internet, and network access must be available.
- Someone with computer login access must be available.
- Administrator passwords may be required for driver installation.
- Your IT provider may be required for servers, permissions, email, or security settings.
- Old device removal, furniture moves, and non-standard access are not included unless quoted.

Important installation notes
- Installation is for one printer or multifunction device at one site unless otherwise quoted.
- Drivers on up to 3 computers and up to 30 minutes of basic user training are included.
- Additional computers, extra training, advanced scan setup, server configuration, email authentication, permissions, network restrictions, or IT troubleshooting may be charged at $140.00 inc GST per hour.
- The printer must be delivered to site before the technician attends. Failed attendance, unavailable access, or missing equipment may incur a charge.
- The customer must provide power, network access, computer access, administrator passwords where required, and an authorised person on site.
- Where the site has managed IT, server permissions, security restrictions, domain policies, Microsoft 365 settings, or scan-to-folder requirements, the customer may need their IT provider available.
- Travel outside Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth CBD may be available by quotation and may include a travel surcharge.
- Old printer removal, furniture relocation, electrical work, cabling work, repairs, warranty assessment, and non-standard physical access are not included unless specifically quoted.
- A requested date is not a confirmed booking until GetOKI confirms availability.
