We ship Australia wide, excluding Northern Territory. All shipments are tracked, and tracking is emailed once dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?+
We aim for same day dispatch where possible when orders are placed early. Dispatch and transit times can vary by location and carrier.

Can I return an opened item?+
Strictly no. Items must be in pristine, unopened condition with all seals intact. Opened products are not accepted for return.

How do I start a return or warranty claim?+
Contact us to request an RA number, include your order number and details of the issue. Returns without an RA are not accepted.

Do I pay return freight?+
Inward freight costs are the sender’s responsibility. Refunds are processed after goods are received and inspected.
Opened, damaged, or soiled items are not accepted for return. Please check the box and labels carefully before opening.

What is the difference between toner and drum?+
Toner is the powder your printer uses to create text and images, it is consumed as you print.
Drum is the imaging component that transfers toner onto the page. Drums usually last longer than toner and are replaced less often.

What does DN mean in OKI printer models?+
DN means Duplex (double sided printing) and Network (Ethernet network ready).
What does DNW mean in OKI printer models?+
DNW means Duplex, Network (Ethernet), plus Wireless.
