What is the difference between toner and an image drum?

Toner is the powder cartridge that creates the print. The image drum is a separate imaging part that transfers the print image. Many OKI models use both, so match the exact printer model before ordering.

My printer says Toner Sensor Error or Image Drum Sensor Error. What should I check?

Check the exact colour or part named on the display, then carefully reseat the matching toner, drum, belt, fuser, or waste toner part. If it stays, contact OKI Technical Support with the full wording, model, and serial number.

My prints have lines, marks, fading, or streaks. What should I do?

Check which colour is affected and whether the issue repeats. Keep a printed sample, check toner and drum condition, and contact OKI Technical Support if the issue continues.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page once tracking has been issued. If tracking is not showing yet, your order may still be processing or awaiting dispatch confirmation.

What are the GetOKI shipping rates?

Current published rates are consumables at $9.95 per order, A4 devices at $24.95 per unit, and A3 devices at $95.00 per unit, Australia wide excluding Northern Territory. Check the Shipping Information page before ordering in case terms have changed.

Can I return an item I ordered by mistake?

Contact GetOKI within 7 days of delivery to request return authorisation first. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging. Ordering-error returns may incur a restocking fee.
