Important notes
  1. 1.Toner page yields are based on standard manufacturer coverage testing, commonly around 5 percent coverage per page. That means only a small part of each page is printed, closer to a light text document with plenty of white space than a page full of colour, logos, labels, bold text, graphics, or photos. If your real pages have heavier coverage than that, the actual number of pages from the cartridge will usually be lower than the rated yield.
  2. 2.Starter or setup consumables included in the box can have a lower yield than standard replacement cartridges. If starter yield matters to your buying decision, check the exact product page before ordering.
  3. 3.Some older OKI office colour families use a combined CMYK image drum assembly, while many other OKI office models use separate one-colour drums. Always match the exact model before ordering a drum or following a replacement method. The documented combined-drum priming family includes the C301, C310, C321, C330, C510, C511, C530, C531, MC351, MC352, MC361, MC362, MC561, and MC562, and GetOKI also lists the same combined CMYK drum style for ES family equivalents such as the ES5462.
  4. 4.The extended OKI 3 year warranty applies only to eligible printers and multifunction devices and must be registered within 30 days of purchase. If registration is not completed in time, the standard warranty for the purchasing location applies.
  5. 5.The extended warranty offer applies only where genuine OKI consumables and spare parts are used throughout the extended warranty period.
  6. 6.Freight rates, dispatch guidance, carrier handling, and insurance details can change. Use the current Shipping Information page for the latest delivery terms and pricing.
  7. 7.Use a physical street address for delivery. PO Boxes are not supported for standard website orders. If you need special handling such as upstairs delivery, inside placement, tail lift service, or a booked delivery window, arrange it before ordering.
  8. 8.For current GetOKI order terms, shipping, returns, payments, cancellations, and security information, use the linked policy pages below. For faulty OKI products, contact OKI Australia Technical Support first under the manufacturer support process.
  9. 9.Product features, wireless support, media handling, in-box contents, starter yields, and accessory compatibility can vary by exact model. Where a feature matters to your purchase, always check the exact product page or the official OKI support page for that device.
  10. 10.Numeric error codes and service messages can vary by model family. Always use the exact printer model and the exact code or message shown on the screen when checking support guidance or contacting OKI Technical Support.
  11. 11.Official OKI Australia support pages group Drivers and Utilities, Firmware, User Manuals, Warranty, OS Compatibility, FAQ, Setup Videos, and Software and Firmware Updates by exact model. For anything model specific, always start there.
  12. 12.External video links on this page are provided as visual guides only. Always match the exact printer, multifunction, finisher, wireless module, and consumable part number before following any installation or replacement video.
  13. 13.Known panel messages, service calls, and common-fix guidance can vary by model family. Use the exact model and the full message or code shown on the screen when checking support guidance or contacting OKI Technical Support.
  14. 14.For easier searching on this page, common part names are treated as equivalents, including toner and toner cartridge, drum and image drum and drum unit, transfer belt and belt unit, fuser and fuser unit, and waste toner and waste toner box. Even so, always order by the exact model and listed part number.
  15. 15.Installation and replacement steps on this page are general client guides only. Cover positions, locks, prompts, cooling time, and the exact sequence can vary by device family, so use the exact model support page or manual where a step matters.
  16. 16.Optional accessories such as extra paper trays, cabinets, stands, duplex units, wireless modules, finishers, staple cartridges, and memory options are model specific. Always confirm compatibility before ordering.
  17. 17.Before contacting OKI Technical Support, have the exact model and serial number ready. If the problem is print quality related, it also helps to have a printed example of the issue and any diagnostic pages OKI asks for, such as a menu map or CMYK test page.
  18. 18.Administrator password behaviour can vary by OKI family. Some supported models use the factory default administrator password 123456, while some newer supported families use the password shown on the administrator password label on the machine. If you have forgotten a changed password, some families cannot be initialised by the user and require the official OKI support path.
  19. 19.IP address, browser access, network setup, menu map printing, and DHCP behaviour can vary by model family. If the printer IP address changes or the browser interface looks different, use the exact OKI support page for that model before changing ports or network settings.
  20. 20.Error codes and panel messages such as 610, 611, 612, 613, Fatal Error, incompatible consumable messages, fuser messages, and service-call or inspection messages are model specific. Always use the exact model together with the full code or message shown on the screen when checking official OKI guidance.
